Brendan has spent more than 25 years in senior finance and operational leadership, spanning CFO, corporate finance and FP&A positions. He began his career in audit before moving into corporate finance with a prominent Newcastle-based independent advisory firm, then progressed through FP&A into a Regional Operations Director role with the UK's largest PE-backed holiday park operator.
Over the past ten years, he has held senior finance positions with founder-led North East businesses across hospitality, financial services and manufacturing, building a broad base of commercial experience and a practical, hands-on approach to solving real business problems.
Outside the numbers, Brendan is known for his straight-talking style and a genuine commitment to helping ambitious founders and leadership teams succeed. He's Northumberland-based, a long-suffering Newcastle United fan and just as likely to be found out on his bike, travelling somewhere new or in a crowd at a gig — happy to head to London or overseas for a good band.
